A recent quick make. While having a tidy in the craft basket i found some bubble stickers i bought in the Works sale for some rediculous price.

The card is for my nans box she likes flowers and traditional cards.

I cut three small squares (not very straight me and my craft knife have issues) at the bottom of the card blank, behind these i added the three small square stickers. I then added the large sticker and the happy birthday sentimanet to the front.

Was such a quick make but i really like the outcome.

These are birthday cards i made a long while ago after i ordered a 'chocolate goodie bag'. Some great creations were being shown off on money saving expert with this little kit and thought i have to get me one of those!. I love the colours, the papers and the all the goodies included and a bargin at a tenner.

This card is for my daughter. The fairy topper is a make your own Christmas topper from the sale in tesco last year, i think she will like it but am not sure if it needs more embellishments and some more sparkle.

Not the best picture. i spent the day making this card for my grandparents, it took me all day to make as it just kept going wrong, i am happy with the end result. I like cards that are in a different shape to the norm. I hope they like it!

These are so cute, they are little box cards that i enjoyed making. The snowman and father Christmas stand 3d like on a strip of acetate in front of the chosen backdrop. I think i will probably make more as they are a little different.

Christmas cards

I have recently been making nothing but Xmas cards after i realised the short time i had left to find inspiration to make what i needed.

This is my fave so far. Its a small slim card in my fave colours. The letters are fluffy
to touch and i love the snowflake embellishments. I think i may have to give this card to myself as i love it so much!

So This is a pic of the first card i made a few months ago when it all began. I bought a well known card making mag for tips on getting started and this is where the layout was found.

It was the first card i was happy with, that didn't get taken apart, torn up or had me thinking it looked like my 2 year old was let loose in the craft tub.

I was for a male family member - i still have mental block with male cards so have copied it a few times for various people with various colours.

It should resemble a front door and birthday cards being posted through the letter box. The mini envelopes are stuck on with foam pads. I like it very much even if i do say so myself. Its simple and versatile.
